Leduc-Nisku Economic Development Authority

The Leduc-Nisku Economic Development Authority represents a twenty-four year partnership between the City of Leduc and Leduc County.  It is a leading-edge economic development organization, recognized nationally and internationally for its innovative community-based initiatives and its "Best Practices" in economic development. The Authority markets the products, services and technologies of eight partnering municipalities and 2,600 companies in Alberta's International Region.

The EDA is comprised of a ten member volunteer Board of Directors, an Executive Director, a seven-member professional office support team (5 full-time and two part-time), 300 volunteers directing sector specific teams and over 2,200 Ambassadors worldwide.

The Leduc-Nisku EDA maintains a full service business office providing business counseling, forecasting, planning and resource information to the region.  With the help of its volunteers, the Leduc-Nisku EDA participates in more than 200 international Tradeshows and Missions and hosted numerous return international trade delegations to market the products, services and technologies of all Industry partners in Alberta's International Region.
