Volunteer Teams The Leduc-Nisku Economic Development Authority's definition of economic development is 'harnessing and focusing the dynamic energy in the community to achieve its preferred future'. The Leduc-Nisku model is community based, community driven and enjoys an active volunteer base that is world famous. Last year the volunteer hours devoted to economic development in Alberta's International Region totalled just over 40,000. |
