Nisku Industrial Park

Western Canada's largest business and industrial park, the Nisku Industrial Park is a vital part of the International Region.

Over the past 5 years, the park has grown from 2,200 acres to approximately 6,000 acres and accommodates more than 500 companies and 14,000 highly skilled trades and professional workers.

The energy sector expertise in the park creates an opportunity to serve expanding oil and gas investments in the north-western parts of North America, as well as the global marketplace. In addition, the park is an internationally recognized centre of excellence for Canada’s environmental, agricultural and advanced manufacturing.

Leduc Business Park

The City of Leduc is home to Leduc Business Park, a new, up-scale commercial sector north-east of the City.
A 320-acre fully serviced parcel is available for development only five minutes from Edmonton International Airport on Airport Road.

The park is home to Tracker Logistics, the largest logistical forwarding company in the world. Leduc Business Park is also home to WasteCo. Environmental Services, Natco, Raydan Manufacturing, AltaFab Structures, as well as a growing number of other service and supply companies.

AirLINKs Business Park

Located next to the Edmonton International Airport, AirLINKS Business Park will soon encompass over 1,100 acres, including 600 acres of land designated for air cargo operations.

Part of Port Alberta, this carefully planned business community, anchored by industry leaders FedEx and Westjet and RedTail Landing Golf Club, is well connected to many of Alberta’s major highways including Queen Elizabeth II Highway, the Yellowhead Highway as well as the newly completed Anthony Henday Drive.
